It’s eat or be eaten in this fun tale of the sea.  Meet Sunny, a small fish in a huge ocean. To survive, you must eat the fish smaller than yourself while avoiding being eaten by the fish bigger than you are.  As you eat the smaller fish, you will grow and will be able to eat even bigger fish.  Make sure to avoid the giant blue sharks!  Can Sunny grow large enough to defeat even them?  There’s only one way to find out!

There are many levels to survive as you chomp your way through the vastness of the ocean.   All in all, this is a very addicting game — challenge your friends and see who can get the furthest.

Santa’s Last Christmas 2

There is really bad news.  The aliens have come to destroy Christmas for all the boys and girls.  You must play Santa and blast all the aliens or this will be the Last Christmas – ever!  This is version 2 of Santa’s Last Christmas and it is an improvement over the first game.  Santa has a cool little space ship and the aliens, some of whom look like fried eggs, are shooting at Santa.

He must use his shooter to blast them out of the sky. He also has one ’secret weapon’ which is a mega blaster that zaps every enemy currently on the screen.

All-in-all, a great fun game.

Miniclip Commando

Have you ever wanted to relive the battle of Britian in World War II when the Germans were trying to gain control of the skies over the English Channel?  They needed to conquer the skies in order to mount a successful invasion of the British Islands.  From July 1940 onward, the German Luftwaffe attacked shipping convoys in the English Channel and radar stations along the Southern coast of England.

In this game by Miniclip, you are a Commando on the ground and you are fighting hand-to-hand with the Nazi bad guys.  You have guns to shoot, grenades to throw and missles you can launch at your enemies.  This is a tense and exciting game that all war-game buffs should really love to play.

Miniclip Deep Freeze

Miniclip Deep Freeze is a web game that you play in your browser.  In the game, you play the part of Santa, and you try to freeze your enemies (there are a lot of them!) with your water gun.  If you don’t stop the bad guys, they will ruin Christmas and the children won’t get their toys on time.

You have to shoot each bad guy several times to get rid of them totally.  If you shoot them enough, they will turn into an ice ball, roll away and break up.  If you don’t shoot them enough, they will unfreeze and come at you again.

Just use your arrow keys to move around (left/right/up/down) and the space bar to shoot.

Miniclip Deep Freeze is a LOT of fun.

Polar Rescue Cheats

There is a really fun online game called Polar Rescue.  It is a bit of an older game, but is challenging and interesting nonetheless.  In this game, you are a penguin, and you are on a mission. Are you ready?  You have to defeat all the enemies along the way, including a polar bear and an ice giant with a spiked head.  The ice giant is at the end of the game and shoots out a lightning bolt that is very effective in killing your penguin character.

Cheats in killing the polar bear:

You have to shoot the polar bear with about 12 rounds of shots to kill him. Stay close to the ledge and jump back up whenever he comes too close. Eventually he will die and you will get a key that opens a door to the next level.

Cheats in killing the Ice Giant with the spiked head and lightning bolts:

To kill the giant blue guy after the polar bear, you have to shoot the icicles above his head. When you do, they will fall on him and hurt him. Then the icicle will grow back. Do that five times.

After you run out of icicles, you have to keep shooting his head with snowballs. There are more snowballs at the lower left corner of the screen. Eventually the blue giant will die.

In order to kill him, you have to be quick and avoid his blue zapper ray.

Another

This is kind of a strange name for an online, multi-player game by Spogg.  The story of the game is that you have a metal worm and you are trying to make it grow longer.  You make it grow by collecting energy stars along the way.  You can also get power-ups and send nasty bombs to your opponents.  The game reminds you of the old “snake” games where your snake grew longer as you played and you had to avoid obstacles along the way.

Playing the game
The objective of the game is to collect as many energy stars as possible with your adder, without crashing into the walls, obstacles or the adder’s tail. To control the adder use the left and right arrow key. Apart from collecting energy stars you can also collect power ups. These power ups can be either good or bad, you can either take the power up yourself or send it to another player. Press the down arrow key to send the power up to yourself or press the up button to send it to the leader. If you press the escape key the power up will be removed. It is also possible to use the F1 – F4 buttons to send the power up to a specific player.

At any time chat messages may be written by typing on the keyboard, the chat messages are sent to the other players by pressing the return key.

Every Another game is 5, 10 or 20 minutes (only the private games). The player with the highest score at the end of the game is the winner. If you are a registered member the highest score you have received will be stored after a game is over (only 5 and 10 minutes games). Depending on several factors you will also receive (or lose) ranking points after a game. Beware, if you log out of a game already running you will lose the same amount of ranking points as losing the game. However if you enter a game that is nearly finished and don’t wish to lose ranking you have a short time to get out of the room without losing ranking.

Aerony Racer

This is a multi-player racing game by Spogg.  You can race against the clock or against your friends online.  Your ship is a racing pod called an “Aerony.”  I guess it is supposed to sound like “Air” or something.  Another cool thing about the game is that you can chat with your friends while you are racing them online.

Playing the game

The object is to hit all checkpoints on a lap and then cross the finish line. If you miss a checkpoint you have to go back and hit it. A race is usually 3 laps. There are also some power-ups: Speed Up (increasing maximum speed), Speed Down (decreases maximum speed), Swap Keys (inverts your steering), Shield (makes you invincible to bad things), Shock (temporarily disables a ship). If you hit a spiked wall you will be shocked for a short moment of time.

On the top left you will see the time elapsed of the race and number of laps completed. Here you can also see picked up power-ups and power-ups currently activated. Good power-ups are activated instantly. To send a bad power-up to an opponent you click on the opponent ship (that means you have to see the ship) or press F1-F3 to send it to an opponent anywhere on the map. If you wish to remove a picked up power-up just press escape and it will be removed.

On the top right you’ll see the exit button and current positions in the race.
In the bottom right corner there’s a map showing the entire track and where your opponents are.
To start a race just click the START RACE button in the middle of the screen.

Scrambler

This is a cool game by Spogg games.  The idea here is to rearrange the letters to form as many words as you can.  You have to be quick because you are playing online against people from all over the world.  It is kind of hard to pick out letters when they are out of order, but that’s the fun of the game, after all!

If you are a member, you can chat with the other players in the game.  I think it is free to join, but you get extra stuff if you pay (a small amount).

Playing the game

The objective of the game is to find as many words as possible from a scrambled word. To do this either click or drag a bubble with a letter to the area inside the rectangle and click submit. The words must contain three or more letters, the words are worth 1 points for 3 letter words, 2 points for 4 letter words, 3 points for 5 letter words and so on. The total number of words possible is shown on the left side of the game screen. Here you can also see which words your opponents have taken. There are two timers, one showing the total time until the winner is declared and one showing how much time is left until a new word is selected. There are 2 modes, nice mode where every player can take all words and mean mode where only the first player who takes a word will score for that word. In mean mode a new word is selected if all words are taken by any player, in nice mode this happens if all players have taken all words.
By using the Tab key you can toggle between using the keyboard for chatting or selecting letters from the scrambled word. Pressing return will then submit the word, space will scramble the letters, backspace will remove the last entered letter and escape will clear all selected letters.

Spogglitaire

This is a game published by Spogg.  It is like solitaire, but has some interesting twists to it.  First of all, you can play against others online from all over the world. In the speed mode, you compete with them to see who can get the most cards down first.

Playing the game

The table consists of seven columns, with the first column containing one card, the second column two cards, the third column three cards, and so on. The top card of each column is face-up; the remainder of the cards are face-down. The rest of the cards (24) are left face-down to form the stock.

The object of the game is to move the four aces, as they appear, to the top right boxes, and build each up in suit from ace to king (A-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-J-Q-K).

You turn cards face-up from the stock three at a time onto a discard pile by clicking the top left box. The top card of the discard pile may be played onto the seven columns or the top right boxes. Likewise, the top card of each pile is available for play onto the foundations or another tableau pile. Cards within the columns may be build down in sequence and alternating color. A sequence of cards may be moved as a unit from one pile to another. When a face-down tableau card is exposed, click it to turn it face-up. If a space is created amongst the columns it may only be filled with a king. The stock may be recycled from the wastepile when it becomes empty by clicking the empty top left box. When either all the top right boxes are filled, or when no more moves are possible (or when the only possible move is to recycle the stock) click the “New Cards” button to play another deal.

There are two different modes in spogglitaire: Fun and Compete. In Fun mode there’s no time limit and no direct competition between the players in a room. The objective is to play the ultimate round of Spogglitaire (1040 points). You also have plenty of time to chat with the other players and see how they play. In Compete mode the objective is to get the most points in 10, 15 or 20 minutes. Winning will boost your ranking points but to get a high score you must play in Fun mode.

Scoring

You receive points for every card you put in any of the top completion boxes (20 points in Fun and 100 points in Compete mode). You lose points for moving cards from one heap to another. You can’t have a negative score (this is a hint for receiving maximum score in the Fun high score mode). When pressing the “New Cards” button you will reset your score in Fun mode and you will lose 100 points in Compete mode, the high score list only shows the best scores from the Fun mode. Your ranking score will only be affected by the results in Compete mode.

Spellbound

Playing the game

Another multi-player game by Spogg is Spellbound.  It’s kind of like Scrabble, but instead of putting down letters, you have to find as many words as you can before your online opponents do.  The letters are all scrambled up so the challenge is picking them out of the confusion.

The objective of the game is to form as many valid words as possible during the specified amount of time. Form words of three or more letters and submit them by either double-clicking the last letter or by clicking the word below the letter area. The letters in the word must be next to each other on the grid.  If a word is valid it will show up in the green area, if the word is not valid it will show up in the red area. If a word is valid but already taken by you or another player, it will be grayed out.
If you wish you may use the tab key to toggle between using the keyboard for chat input and game letter input. When you’re in game letter input mode pressing backspace will remove letters and enter will submit the word.

Scoring for letters:

Each letter is worth:
A=3, B=5, C=4, D=4, E=1, F=5,
G=3, H=5, I=2, J=5, K=5, L=4,
M=4, N=3, O=3, P=4, Q=5, R=3,
S=2, T=3, U=4, V=5, W=5, X=5,

The most fun part of the game is playing against people online from all over the world!
